Rohan Butcher

Managing Director

As director and company secretary of Mintstone Pty Ltd, Rohan is responsible for the management of projects undertaken by the company, along with identification and review of future opportunities, and the general management of the company. Mintstone Pty Ltd provides specialist development and project management services to the property and construction industry.

Rohan has speciallist expertise in project management, cost planning and cost control, together with design management, construction and planning. He has been involved in a number of major projects within the residential, retail and commercial property sectors, while undertaking a variety of senior appointments with major public and private company’s including Watpac Australia and Multiplex Constructions.

Over the last twenty five years Rohan has gained a broad spectrum of experience, and has been involved within the construction and property industry in a number of roles including Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Project Administration, Development Management, Planning and Project Management for both construction and development activities. He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor, with a Graduate Diploma in Project Management, a registered Builder and a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Rohan has been a member of the Board of Trilogy Funds Management for five years as a non excutive director and is a member of the Lending & Credit Committee. His role in Trilogy funds management, involves the review of development loan proposals as a member of the lending committee and consulting to the lending committee providing advice on project delivery risk.

Dominic Stower

Dominic Stower

Project Manager

Dominic Stower has worked full time in the property industry since the mid 90’s where he cut his teeth doing residential sales in the Holland Park. He then moved to commercial agency before being recruited as a retail development manager. Following this Dominic embarked on his own development project called Capricorn Blue resort which is the only apartment complex to be designed and built in accordance with the Queensland Government’s Smart Housing design guidelines.

Capricorn Blue resort was also the first apartment complex to achieve full certification through Enviro-Development (ED), which is an initiative of the Urban Development Institute of Australia. ED is the most stringent and comprehensive assessment process in rating the “green” credentials of any given development. It assesses each development project through the elements of Materials, Water, Waste, Materials, Energy and Community.

Dominic then accepted a role as project manager for Flagstone City, which was one of three locations in South East Queensland to be fast tracked into fully self-contained master-planned communities. Initially employed as Project Manager for Sustainability and Affordable Housing, this role was expanded further to include Community Engagement.

Local Government is in Dominic’s blood having been a Training manager for a couple of Councils before moving to property. Having built his own career in property from the ground up, Dominic has generated an enviable network of industry contacts widely regarded as leaders in their chosen area of expertise.

While Dominic uses creative lateral thinking to identify a higher level vision with various opportunities, this is always supported by practical strategies that can be implemented on the ground. Leading from the front, he brings out the best in others and engages well with all relevant stakeholders from senior Government Ministers to individuals at grass roots level. His manner is always open and courteous, respectful yet resolute. His insightful understanding of planning principles helps him to identify opportunities within existing Planning Schemes and work constructively with elected representatives and senior officers for the greater good.
